Today we tried to extract the samples of the plain and flavored yogurt products by cutting the bottom 1/3 of the pipette tip so that it has more surface area to suck up the thick yogurt. Following the same process that we did yesterday, we took 100 μL of each of the four different plain yogurt brands and five different flavored brands. Then we placed it in the petri dish and spread out using the sterile L-shaped spreader. The dishes were placed in the incubator at 37 degrees Celsius, and we'll wait for the results tomorrow!
