Last day of diluting the plain yogurt!!

Since there was nothing on the Dannon plate, I had to do an extra dilution for the Dannon.
Using the same procedures as the previous experiments, I diluted up to 104x, and then plated 103x and 104x.
Results:
CFU's = [39 x 104] / 0.1mL = 3.90 x 106
