3rd Results of Diluting the Plain Yogurt

Our goal is to dilute three times and average them. So, after the two successful dilutions of the plain yogurts, I repeated the same procedures but with different dilution factors for the brands I could not count in the previous experiment.
Procedure:

- Dannon: dilute up to 104x
- Stonyfield: dilute up to 103x
- Siggi's: dilute up to 106x
- Chobani: dilute up to 106x
**
- Dannon: plate 103x and 104x
- Stonyfield: plate 102x and 103x
- Siggi's: plate 105x and 106x
- Chobani: plate 105x and 106x
Results:
Dannon:
Had nothing
CFU's = [23.7 x 102] / 0.1mL = 2.37 x 104
- 103x:
CFU's = [3.7 x 103] / 0.1mL = 3.7 x 104
CFU's = [253 x 105] / 0.1mL = 2.53 x 108
- 106x:
CFU's = [26.7 x 106] / 0.1mL = 2.67 x 108
Chobani:
- 105x:
CFU's = [193 x 105] / 0.1mL = 1.93 x 108
- 106x:
CFU's = [20 x 106] / 0.1mL = 2.0 x 108
